YU-GI-OH RP IS RELEASED!
My big yugioh RP rules:
1. Default game rules apply to normal, except for a few.
The conjuration deck;
This is where you keep your ritual monsters and monsters that cannot be 'normal summoned/set'.
Turbo Duel:
If you turbo duel, the rules apply. Normal spell cards will be allowed, but will cost more counters. The more powerful or rare the card, the more counters it needs.
Duel master:
Only effect monsters can be your duel master.
2. The first vote
We'll be doing votes. Once all current RP participants vote, it will be released into the RP. Initial people who have RPed; your tutorial/prologue is coming to an end soon enough.
